Technical Overview

SATI Industries manufactures a comprehensive range of plastic bags catering to retail, industrial, agricultural and pharmaceutical packaging needs. Our bags are produced in LDPE, LLDPE, HM (High Micron) and HDPE grades, offering the right balance of strength, clarity and cost for each application. Available in plain, printed (on request), gusseted, flat, and custom configurations. All bags meet standard quality norms and are available in bulk quantities with competitive per-kg and per-unit pricing. We supply to distributors, packaging companies, and direct industrial buyers across India.

Each batch of industrial bags is manufactured using dedicated sealing and cutting machinery to ensure flawless weld joints. We understand that bag ruptures cause significant material losses, so we perform drop tests on every production lot. We customize slip and block levels: higher friction for stable bag stacking in warehouses, or high-slip for effortless high-speed filling in automated packing plants. Custom prints with brand markings, warning labels, or specifications are available on high-resolution printing presses.
