Technical Overview

Our PP strapping offers high break strength, consistent width tolerance, and strong embossed grip for secure bundling. Our strapping rolls are manufactured on state-of-the-art extrusion lines that heat-stretch the polypropylene to align its molecular structure, achieving exceptional break limits with minimal elongation. The diamond-pattern surface embossing increases seal efficiency when using metal clips or friction-welding tools. We control strap camber (curvature) strictly to ensure the strap feeds smoothly into high-speed fully automatic strapping arches, preventing packaging line downtime.
