Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) Filler Masterbatch from SATI Industrial Polymers is used by film manufacturers, bag producers, and injection moulders to reduce raw material costs while maintaining acceptable product quality. Our calcium masterbatch contains high-purity CaCO3 coated with coupling agents for superior dispersion in polyolefin matrices. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and PP base resins. Loading levels typically range from 20% to 50% depending on application. Reduces per-kg material cost significantly without compromising film integrity for carry bag and packaging film applications.
