Technical Overview

SATI Industrial Polymers manufactures industrial-grade paper tubes and cores used as the structural backbone in film winding, textile yarn, adhesive tape, and foil industries. Our paper tubes are produced with high-burst-strength kraft paper, wound on precision mandrels to maintain consistent inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD) tolerances. Available in a wide range of wall thicknesses and lengths to suit winding machines in film extrusion, textile spinning, and packaging converting operations. Custom printing on tubes is available on request. We supply paper cores to film manufacturers, textile mills, and converting units across India with competitive lead times.

Our paper winding cores are engineered for extreme high-speed automated spooling. We use heavy-duty B2B paper cores and high-tack winding adhesives. Our cores do not collapse, split, or slip under the high tension of industrial winders.
