Technical Overview

Plastic sheets from SATI Industries are manufactured with precision-controlled thickness and excellent clarity or opacity as required. Available in LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE grades, our sheets serve applications ranging from surface protection and packaging to construction vapour barriers and agricultural mulching. The Silvassa factory maintains high-output production lines capable of fulfilling large project orders on schedule. Custom cutting, roll or flat sheet packaging, and private labelling are available on request.

Our industrial sheets represent the benchmark for containment film technology. We formulate custom UV stabilizers into agricultural mulch and silage sheets, preventing mechanical breakdown under intense tropical sun. In the infrastructure sector, our high-density poly sheets act as concrete curing blankets and permanent capillary vapor barriers beneath slab foundations. We utilize high-molecular-weight blends to give our sheets high elongation thresholds, preventing accidental tearing on steel rebar or sharp rocks.
